Nico Wood2023-06-13Probably the best dive centre in Fujairah! Just had an excellent two-day diving experience with Aquanauts. The dive centre is (relatively) newly established, but they operate like they have been doing it locally for years.The coast has a lot of dive centres, but the personal service and attention is what makes Aquanauts outstanding.Lionel and his super capable team make every effort to give their customers a first class experience. My family and I had mixed diving certification, but with a little coaching we were all enjoying the beautiful underwater treasures and delights of the Fujairah coast together.Special thanks to dive leaders Pavel and Joy for their enthusiasm and care. Extra special thanks to the rest of the team who carried our gear on and off the dive boat and ferried us around like VIPs.The diver centre facilities are first rate, clean and organised. Located beachside behind the Royal M Al Aqah Beach Resort (decent hotel, call them for their best rate), it’s a stroll to beach and the famous Snoopy Island ahead. The dive centre can also cater for nitrox divers easily. Highly recommended, you won’t look at normal air diving again!We couldn’t be happier after spending two days here. We needed to shoot a video underwater, and this turned out to be not an easy task even in Dubai, we decided to go to Abu Dhabi as we were told that we could shoot there. Beautiful shots, we were looking for different places and stumbled upon Aquanauts Diving Center, where we and met with a professional diver Pasha, who from the very beginning to the end of filming set us up, instructed and supported us! it was our first time swimming in an open area and we were very worried, but it was calm with Pasha and his team!
